[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — extra cal charges

I recharge Rs 39 for benifit of idea to idea @10 paisa per munite. This facility valids for 21 days but aftr expiry of 10 days i do not get such benifit. I calld on customer care.3 times nd all the they all give me different reason for extra charges..such as sir this offer valid for 10 days but i have massage 21 days validity.and sometimes they said sir this offer is valid for 30 days..but for system down they failed to give proper reason.
