[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — Extra data charges charged in bill and one month ago request for disconnect service. They didn't disconnect or not reduced extra charges

I m 5 years postpaid idea user. One day i received a call from idea for new 499 plan. Details the plan in 2g unlimited and 3g data planned. Then on 7 may 2017 afditional charges shown. Discussed with customer care about additional charges. They said. It will clear out in month end. I request for disconnect the service. They said it will resolve. But problem same. Again said for disconnect service one 01 jun 2017. They again promissec it will short out on 07 june. 17. Then again complain today. They said. To pay 1600 rs. Bill then we will disconnect.
Why we pay this amount. I m already said for disconnect. Then why given suggest it will resolved. They why current month bill 1600 rs. I will pay. Plz resolve it.

Dear sir,
i m 5 yrs back customer in idea post paid service. several times complain about network issue.. approx. 10 compaints about network. they never discussed about it.

when 499 Rs. offered by idea. its unlimited calls and 6 GB 3G speed then used as your previous plan. again asked about after 6 GB. then unlimited 2G speed.

but i have seen extra charges 450 rs. detected on 7 may.2017. discussed please closed my existing plan. disconnect my service. i m ready for pay. then they said to me that After billing cycle on 27 may. then we will adjust the extra charges. then again call month end. after 28 may. discussed again plz disconnect service or deducted extra data charges. then again promissed it will resolve on 7 june. so again discussed what happened about my bill. they again reply you will full bill money. i again warned why. i will extra money.
please disconnect my connection. i will pay. then again said. now you will pay two month charges of plan plus extra charges. i m discussed already discussed disconnect my plan in last month. why
they promissed me again and again..
adjusted bill in month end. then some time.

now said to be paid otherwise you connection cant be disconnect wirhout all bill...

pls settlement my bill.
ya my connection disconnect all service just before current bill peocessing time.

several time discussed at customer care centre online.

they said. we cant be reduced bill.

today 11 june.. its last date of bill pay amount. if you dont clear today. then how i will pay the today. if you didnt resolve it.

please clear out today
