[Resolved] Idea Cellular — facing problem for mobile number portability

I am user of idea service in gujrat circle since dec 2017.

I am trying to port my mobile number sending sms to 1900 for generate upc code, but i receive message
"upc cannot be generated as the mobile number is not configured. Please contact service provider.

I required to port the idea number to bsnl urgently veiw i am going to andman and nicobar islands where idea service not exist.
