I am your customer using a prepaid mobile no. [protected] I am facing problems with your company's sim. I noticed that your company is deducting fake call charges from my account which is not fair. Your company had been deducting money from my account since long time. It only came to my knowledge yesterday when my phone switched off at 2pm. The following calls were made from my carrier which I noticed when I switched it back on.

I call customer care miss Madhu attend the my call she was not ready to listen problem Kindly clear this problem of mine or I may have to contact the authorities or even the media Facebook tweeter ect. which should not be happening. I just want an immediate solution and a refund of my deducted money back.
