[Resolved] Idea Cellular — fake promises | |||||
I am the very old customer from 2008 but idea cellular system shows Since 28-oct-2014 i am the customer of idea cellular, on that day retailer promise me give 1500 to us and we will make your life time validity then now why idea asking for validity recharge. If the validity recharge is necessary then tell me what about their promises and my money if they unable to do something. Where do i get my money back. Was this information helpful? | |||||

As per our recent communication, we've informed you that your mentioned number is activate with us. Also, we would like inform you that in case of non recharge after service validity, curtailed services (Only Incoming) will be available for grace period of 15 days, after which services will not be available till the time applicable recharge is done. To avoid any inconvenience, we recommend you to recharge your account regularly or you can recharge with any long service validity recharge options available on our website based on your usage.
