My name is Vikramjeet Sharma . Today I received a call of your employ from the given number on my Reliance sim [protected] . He told me that if I port my number to idea then I will get 6 months free 4g internet . Moreover I said that I am ready for it . However he said that he will send a guy to my address . After it I back called him to get some more details then he said the boy is not coming because I am from Sahnewal, according to them I should go to the ferozgandhi market office in Ludhiana for this.
Secondly, when I called on [protected] to complaint regarding this then they told me there is no such schemes like 6 months free internet 500mb per day as he offered me to port sim . It means your employs are making fake promises to attract customers . But I would like to tell you one more noticeable thing that the senior supervisor who talked to me, she told me that she cannot register any complaint like this . I called [protected] from my airtel number [protected] .
I anticipate that you will take all this incident seriously which occurred today on 6 sep 2017 .

That offer is Applicable to my mobile number as you can see it in the Screenshot i have provided. It was confirmed by the Customer care couple of times through phone. As I am planning to switch to other Network, Idea gave me that 404 offer to stop me for not going to other networks.
The problem here is, how can a Customer Care guy can give a false commitments to me. I belong to Andhra Pradesh and I work in Bangalore. Due to some issues, I am in Hyderabad and will be back to Bangalore after a month. Without asking me and providing any information about the Offer, they insisted me to Recharge as it is Exclusive offer to me.
And you know what, I am not able to call the IDEA Customer care from my IDEA mobile as they have barred/blocked my sim to contact them.
