Idea Cellular — For deposite money

My number is [protected] n registered with name AMOL SHINDE, this is my postpaid no. But in july2015 i m converted in prepaid, this all process completed in Islampur idea postpaid office dist-sangli, my complaint is my no. Is converted in prepaid but my deposite money i was given for postpaid connection is not giving me from idea office..so give me my money..
