[Resolved] Idea Cellular — for taking 150 rs charge in exchange of old with new card and still new card is not activated

I have recently exchanged my old card with new idea card of same number from idea care centr at nanded near Gurudwara chowk they have taken 150 rs charge in exchange of new card and now its been 3 days but still the card is not activated. If the problem is not solved within 24 hours then I am not going to use your service again my whole family use your service now we are going to discard your sim card,
