[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Fraudulent .my balance has been taken without using it | |||
I had recharged my mobile for 20 rupees on[protected] and had 2 calls same day 5 minutes later i had 4 calls on same number on[protected] 2 of them where miss calls 12.21 and 12.24 pm respectively 9 secs on 11.12 and 50 secs on 11.13 pm respectively and i have been charged 14.56 for these calls...i have proof on my mobile and the mobile i called to i contacted on customer care and they say the same if i wont get my money refunded i will go to customer court of india and file case against idea for taking up my balance without using them Was this information helpful? | |||
