Idea Cellular — Given wrong wrong plan by agents

This is inform you that the idea agent will give us wrong plan details about idea postpaid plan, but when i call to customer care service they said this information is totally wrong and we don't have that kind of plan.

I already raise a complaint against above to cumstomer care service
