[Resolved] Idea Cellular — giving fake assurances, demanding money for sim activation & cheating customer

Four days back one employee fromm idea @hyd called me and told about fancy numbers without any deposit.
And they shared some numbers through watsapp, I selected one from the list. Immediately one executive came to my home and took my eKYC, finished the process and gave a sim card.
Sim card not activated within prescribed time, so I called the respective person and requested for activation. They told "tmrw we'll activate your sim". But they didn't activated yet.
Today morning one more time I called to them asked for activation, they told by today evng we'll activate your sim.
Around lunch time I got two calls from idea and they started asking deposit money Rs.10000/- for new sim activation. They are denying the offer which gave earlier.
They cheated me asking money for activation and they denying my request.
Please resolve my issues asap.

Updated by [email protected] I got call from idea not for resolving my issue.. They called me for sim number deatisl for deactivating the sim.
I didn't expected this from Idea. They again chaeted and gave fake assurance for sim details.
May they trained like this and to cheat customers like this.
They are not at all showing any interest to solve the issue.
