[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Grievance about Billing System

I am user of your services from last 15 years but it is very painful and disturbing that your billing system is very much harsh and unacceptable as I was using a Data Plan of Rs. 100/- for 300 MB p.m. meanwhile I informed that my Data uses cross the limit of 300 MB in 7 day so I upgrade the plan to 250/- for 1 GB p.m. and after that I have used only 700 MB Data in the whole month but when I received the bill it was shocking that the bill was of Rs. 2200/- instead of Rs. 300/- or 400/-.
So it is requested that kindly check the ambiguity and correct the same as soon as possible so I can pay the justified Bill and in the absence of the correction, will not be able to continue the connection.
