I have approved idea for restoration of my postpaid mobile services for which i had paid the bill on the 20th of july, i had also approached consumer complaints over the phone and the national helpline complain no is 393071 it was further escalated to trai hoever idea has lie to trai that they had out called me and spoken to me. However today we are on the 13th of september and there is no action from any one to restore my services. Besides i did call up trai to re pen the grievance however there is no action. I request strict action and inquiry wrt to such poor attitude towards a consumer.
