[Resolved] Idea Cellular — harassment over bill payment - for a bill already paid for | |||
For the last one month i have been getting a call from idea cellular about payment of a certain bill... The bill is already paid. If i inform them they say let me check and promptly come back saying yes the bill is paid. Sometimes they say we are confirming that the bill is paid. I think their accounts are also in shambles now! This company should be shut down for sure! Or, taken over. The phone is being used by my 83 years old mother. If one keeps calling you have to pay... She is bound to get disturbed. I said wrong number because I thought it was the same call - to confirm that I had paid out the bill because the number seemed the same. Please call me on my alternate number which is with you to discuss the same. I am willing to listen to your reason to make these crank calls.
