I have 130 inr balance in my idea acc. And today when i try to make call it say my outgoing validity is over i need to recharge again for 28 days validity. Y i need to recharge again if i have balance. The worst network this is. Always force to recharge without any sence. It doesn't matter if you have balance or not. They force you to make call and spend money it my no i will decide i want make call or not who the hell are you order me to call?
Y i recharge again for the validity when j have balance in my account.

Idea Cellular Customer Care's response Dear Customer,
As per our recent communication, we've informed you that your mentioned number is active with us. Also, as informed in case of non recharge after service validity, curtailed services (Only Incoming) will be available for grace period of 15 days, after which services will not be available till the time applicable recharge is done. To avoid any inconvenience, we recommend you to recharge your account regularly or you can recharge with any long service validity recharge options available on our website based on your usage.
This is ridiculous and the cheap way to earn the bucks. Idea cellular's reply is robotic and this is cheating. TRAI and consumer court should intervene and stop these cheaters.
