[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — Hidden charges applied

Hi,

I got new idea postpaid connection last month (Dec 2016) with basic plan MH_3G Easy Share 3.0.
I am using this number for very basic use in case of emergency only and that's why I'm using this number in my basic phone (No internet).

Today on 12th Jan 2017, My idea bill generated with total due Rs. 2224.91/-

When I call customer care they told me: "In my plan there is one feature called Easy Share 3.0 - Pool 2400 for which I should pay Rs. 2400".

And I was not aware of such feature in my plan, IDEA didn't send me any mail regarding this feature when I brought this plan and even I don't see such feature in my bill details from IDEA app.

I'm really upset with Idea and such situation, In my family everyone is using Idea, But after such incident I loose my faith from Idea

Idea - please provide me correct resolution, I didn't know about such feature and I didn't use this feature, I'm using this number in my basic phone.

After long time (almost 2 months). With lot of discussion, mail arguments idea finally refund my money in my idea account

Hi, As per discussion with customer care, They just said whatever charges applied on my plan are correct, But as i said I didn't get any onformation after activating 99rs plan not by mail also I didn't see any details in your idea app bill plan details section. I'm completely unsatisfied with your service. After this I raised request for porting for my all idea connection's but for this new number customer care said I can't port till 90 days, I really feel cheated.

Hi,

Today on 23th Jan, I got call from Idea representative, They confirmed me that they are handling my complaint sincerely and soon they will refund me my money (As I have already paid my due for number portability process).

Now I'm waiting for my refund confirmation.

Yesterday on 29th Jan 2017, Early morning (7:15AM) I missed one call from Idea customer care and I didn't receive any call back after this. So nothing has been discussed or communicated with me. Also I didn't received refund which was communicated with me earlier.

I also called customer care and I explain everything and after that they told me I will get call back from them on 31st Jan 2017. But I'm still waiting for call back.

Still waiting for refund. It's been a almost two month now and every time I call customer care, They are saying it's in process.

On 27th Feb 2017, I send mail to customer care for concern that even after 2 month I'm not receiving my refund.
On reply on this I got mail from customer care representative Swapnil Kamble, that whatever charges applied are correct and we are closing your complaint. He did this blunderly without checking previous communication. I was told that I will be receiving my refund. And he suddenly close my complaint without checking previous state.

Also in my mail I mentioned to call on my alternative number as my new phone is in service center, even after that he mentioned in mail we tried to contact you but was not able to reach you.

This is how idea is treating their loyal customers.

I will not going to use this network again once my 3 months of period complete I will port my all numbers.

Very disappointing with customers care.
