[Resolved] Idea Cellular — hidden charges | |||
Hi Mr. Puneet Krishnan - Chief Operating Officer, Gujarat, my number is [protected] and operator is idea cellular. my problem is that, i have a plan of 1 gb 3g for 30 days. and i had 700mb uses is remeaning.during surfing some file is downloading automatically. And 70rs deduct from my balance. when i called customer care he said your balance is deduct because of some downloading from chargeable site. when i asked to him how many site are chargeable, he said we have no record of it.my question is if they are not knowledge about chargeable site then how we know about chargeable site. and second question is that my 700mb uses is remaining than why are you deduct my balance of downloading because of my 1gb 3g plan is running.for this problem i suggest to all my friends and family to change the operator because of this hidden charges. so for this problem i will change the operator(MNP) because of this hidden charges otherwise give me my money back. My name is Purav Shah and i have 18 numbers in CUG connection. At the time of MNP Mr. Vipul Mishra came for the service and promised me to give all the services. But since last 2 months he is not picking up my phone nor giving me any service for plan change, sim replacement etc. Then i have contacted Mr. Lalit Shukla (Head of Vadodara dept) and he promised me that he will come to my office and sort out all my queries. After taking my appointment he didnt came and further he also stopped picking my calls.
So i must tell that idea cellular has the worst service ever i have seen.
So my concern is to just switched from idea cellular to any other network which can give much better service than just promising like you.
