My father was expired on 22nd july 2017, and he was using the number [protected]
After his death we have not disconnected his no. As his business calls are still coming.
However my complaint is that from last 2 months there being no outgoing call from his no, so why the bill amount is 400-500 rupees every month
Kindly explain this and requested you to please reduce bill amt of every month or i need to port his number to other connection who offer better services at reduce rate. Was this information helpful? |
In that case if possible please change the plan so that charges will levy only for incoming calls we do not require option of outgoing calls in that number
Thus requested you to please do the needful for the same
