Dear sir
I've recently received a very high bill against the selected plan of rs 349.
My postpaid no is [protected] i have got a call from feedback department that being a valued customer we are giving you a same plan of 499, (3000 sms and 5 gb data per month and 1 gb data for six months) amount reduced for rs 499 to rs 349. But now your customer care executive told that you have to pay 50 paisa per sms and 1 gb data extra used but i have used the data as per plan.
How anyone can believe that idea cellular is responsible for such worst service. And after bill generation, i’ve started continuous phone calls & messages for bill payment.
This is the worst experience with idea in last 5 years of connection with idea.
I don't expect this kind of thing happen with idea. Hence i request you to kindly look into the matter and take the necessary action against the comapny.
Please help to reduce my bill amount as per plan and confirm back on urgent basis.
