Dear Sir, I want to formally inform you that now onward I am not interested to continue servies with IDEA Cellular due to your poor & unsatisfied services. Because of my current bill when it was come to know in my notice that you have sent me a very unsatisfied bill which is showing out standing of amount Rs 1361.27. Sir when I am using your Internet plan 2G services in my previous plan and due to my unawareness when i have changed my plan that this is your duty that you tell me first for such type charges. And I am not mentally disturb that I will pay for Rs.904.93 as higher charges for 2G services. Because it has happen with me second time from first day of your service to till date. So this is requested that see this matter as practically other wise you are most welcome to discontinue service without any delay. Thanks & Regards Was this information helpful? | |||
