[Resolved] Idea Cellular — I was sent bill of rs. 3800 with no reason. | |||||
Hi, I moved my no. in International roaming on 15 Aug. Idea Cellular No. is [protected]. And since then I have been getting very high bill. When I checked my bill, it shows small KB of continuous data usage wherein I never used any data in International roaming. Also when anyone looks at my bill, it shows very small KB of data being consumed continuously. I have been fighting for last three months with Idea but everytime they say the data is used. Even after disconnection of service, my bill is going high and after three months ( no data usage) they sent me bill of Rs. 3800 and my service is de-activated almost a month back and non of the idea Customer Service is really able to understand the technical issue behind it, they are very poor and non-helping. I have lost hopes and hence not going to pay any bill for this no. Was this information helpful? | |||||
