[Resolved] Idea Cellular — idea 15 year running sim disconnected [protected] | |||
Hi I am venu idea cellular long-relationship, trusted 15 year old customer. My number [protected] suddenly deactivated today (7-may-19 at 11 am) Without prior-intimation, without couple of notification, how come 15 year existing, running number is deactivated? My 169/- plan is not yet expired even. I have all bank accounts, personal business mapped with it. Hence, you should not hurt long-run customer. I went to csr idea store, kphb road-1 and explained these.\ Executive verified records and my messages, there is no prior-communication held. So, he given me new sim[protected] So, please immediately either you enable my previous existing sim for [protected] Or activate [protected] to new sim[protected] I cant even post grievance complaints as it warn 'not an idea number.
