[Resolved] Idea Cellular — idea - balance deduction-without permission | |
I received a message from 53010 stating "dear customer, you have been charged rs 10 and your current balance is rs xxx". Without my permission they just deduct my balance and i didn't get any details regarding the deduction of my balance. So i called the idea customer care, and they say that i had purchased the game but i didn't purchased any game. Kindly help me by refund the amount Was this information helpful? | |
