My broadband account no. is[protected]. I had sent email to terminate my account on 13/7/2016 before generation of new bill for Aug 2016 (generated in advance on 1st Aug), as I was moving to a new place where there is no Idea broadband service.
Renuka from Idea broadband customer service team asked to drop an email 48 prior to disconnection date. I dropped an email on 28/07/2016, as suggested but STILL THE BILL for Aug 2016 WAS GENERATED.
I raised a service request/ complain ticket with iDEA - TCT[protected] immediately on 01/08/2016, which was closed with a resolution that I should not use internet and NOT PAY THE BILL.
Now after 1.5 years they have sent me repeated LOK NYALAYAY notice for non-payment of bill, which should not have been generated in the first place. Attaching all the proof of email conversation. Please help me resolve this ###.
