[Resolved] Idea Cellular — idea cellular 3 rupees deductions only picking a marketing call

I received a marketing call today (03/1/2020) at 10:45 am from a number of idea ([protected]). I listen around 10 second and disconnected the call, but at 10:46 am, a message was received about the deduction of rs. 3 from from 50404. When i called to the customer care 198, they denied refund the amount.
