Rs 201 was reduced from my account without asking me for permission. I was told that I would be getting an offer talktime of 510 local/STD. I SPECIFICALLY asked if I will have to pay anything or recharge for getting that offer. Manipulating me into agreeing to activation of offer without even mentioning the amount 201, the scammers from Idea customer c̶a̶r̶e̶ reduced that money from my account without my permission. Eventhough it is a good offer, I had other recharges done to reduce the cost. The balance reduction without my permission was really cheating from their part.
