You have been charged rs. 10
Your balance is rs. 1.94. I called up costumer care but they refused to refund the amount and said you have clicked a link for its activation but i didn't click on any link and i got charged with 10rs from main balance. This is not the first time they have charged unfairly. Please take necessary action and refund my money.
I request to repay the money they took by fraud means.
