[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — IDEA CHEAT {400 mb 3g data loss and active new plan without permisson}

my idea mobile number is [protected]. I had activated 3g plan 1gb on 6th october 2014. I had remain 3g data 400 MB in my account on 00:05hrs as on 12 Oct 2014. same time I was just check *170*4# and i got three option on my screen. The 3rd option is 140 mb data @ 28 rs. i just want to chek detail of this plan but without permission that plan was activated and 28 rs. was deducted from my account. and i also loss my 400 mb 3g data from my account. when I was asking from customer care about my 3g balance and 28 rs. they cant give me solution and cut the call. I feel cheated by idea . i want my 3g data and 28 rs. back in my main account. regards amit kumar contact no.- [protected]
