[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — idea cheating 15 year old active customer ([protected])

Hi ideal cellular,
You are cheating 15 year old active customer ([protected]); you disabled in abrupt manner, without intimation;
[protected] was disabled on 7th
Customer responded on 8th [csr idear store (Kphb phase 1, road no 1, beside sitara grand hotel, hyderabad, telangana 500072) srinivas reddy [protected]]
He asked to convert as post-paid to continue same number. Its fake and dishonest way to run your business.
As i rejected option, he issued new sim[protected] and enrolled new sim into account [protected] and asked to wait 48 hours to activate it.
Then i visited 11th and called srinivas (Store owner); he said new sim request is rejected by idea support online; so asked to talk to idea online care first to accept sim request.
Customer have been contacting, mailing online, facebook idea support since 11th;
On 13th, idea care called and escalated issue to higher autorities;
Since 13th, harshida, varsha, chirayu and anjali care people responding on this ticket, saying it is escalated to higher authorities but till now its not resolved...

I am blocked to transfer amount, banking, couriesrs... Etc... What making you to delay in solving issue since 8th
