Hello sir
I am debasis senapati my mob-[protected] and i am from odisha. But from 1st dec 2017 iwas working in kolkatta. On 15 dec 2017 i was calling idea customer care representative and asked can i active idea 398 plan through main balance, he said yes. But in 16th dec 2017 when my frinds recharge my no i. E 70/60/70……{rs398 as main balance}. After that i can not recharge my no with 398. Idea cheats with me. They are cheater. Never use idea. It is ideas fault why i pay another 400.
