[Resolved] Idea Cellular — idea employee using filthy language in the call. | |||
Dear sir/ madam, I got a call from +91 [protected], saying idea customer care. And i was suppose to clear my dues on saturday, i could not due to personal problems. On monday (17/12/2018), she called me and started using vulgar language, it was so bad that i could not even respond to her words, i just kept calm. She called me continuously for couple of times with the same filthy language again and again. I will clear the dues sooner, but the idea employees misbehavior has broken me into pieces and thinking to get close deal with idea. I have recordings of her voice and i can attach it and email to idea senior management to take action against her. Please advise what shall i do now.. I will post this in tweeter and facebook.
