[Resolved] Idea Cellular — IDEA harassing me by sending mails from lok nyayalay

I was having idea broadband connection and paid all my due bills. When i disconnected my connection my last bill was about to pay so I request them to activate my online account so that I can pay my last bill. Once i pay my bill they should have disconnect my account but they did not. They continued my connection for one more month for no reason and asked me pay bill for one more month. Now they are sending email through lok nyayalay and asking me to pay the bill for what I have not used. Kindly let me know what I can do.
