I would like to let you all know that the email regarding the Lok Adalat Notice for the payment which was NEVER DUE, was sent by the idea for which the request for the closure of my account was raised at the month of June but the bill has been generated for the month August for which they are claiming me to make a payment in the month of December. I am repeatedly asking for what should be done but in response they reply to ignore the email! and again and again I am getting the same email (Lok adalat notice) since last 4 months.
Below is the proof which shows that connection was closed in the month of July itself.

Still I requested Idea to clear it off the outstanding amount Rs. 904 which was not supposed to be generated against me as there many complaints were raised against the data and the network issues during June/July, due to these various issues, I couldn't even use the data and forcefully I had to make a request to deactivate this account.
I'm frustrated and harassed now by being chased by your people (idea, pfsindia.com) who don't even know how and what to talk.
The name of the persons are : Vikas - [protected]@pfsindia.com - [protected] and Ram Kishore -[protected] Continuously calling me and trying to mentally harass with the Lok adalat notice. Was this information helpful? |
