[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Idea internet -4g long term plan 1gb @ rs.51 | |||||
I buy the 4G long term Plan with -1GB @ Rs. 103 for 6 month @ of Rs.749. After one month Idea given option to recharge Rs.103 to get 1GB 4G data as per above package. But after that they removed the option from the site and no other option provided to recharge Rs.103 for same. I called customer care to inquire about the recharge. customer care person said my package has been expired. i surprised that within 3 months my offer expired. I took it on 12/10/16 for 6 months. I try to explain but customer care person said. "Pls dont follow the Idea website offers as your offer expired, we cant do anything", " you recharge Rs.251 for 1GB /4G. The offer still available in the Idea 4G site as "4G Long Term Plan – 1GB @ Rs.51*". but still no option to recharge after that to get the monthly Data for Rs.51/- . I requesting here with the team Idea. Dont make make money of common poor people by offering such foolish plan. or you must provide an option to recharge after that.
