[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — idea is not closing the number

Idea guys are not closing the number [protected] instead of many follow ups and increasing the bill every month.in december all the dues were cleared and we have asked to close the no as we are not using it anymore. But idea guys are not doing it anymore and when trying to contact them they are not giving any response. This is causing mental harassment and trouble in day to day life.
