[Resolved] Idea Cellular — idea is worst

I am not able to activate the dialer tune and though my main account balance is above 60 rupees. Iconcern with the customer care they are not telling me the right way to activate the caller tune, they are saying caller tune services are not able to activate on my number kindly reply as soon as possible.
