Sir, my number is Idea [protected] prepaid UP West circle. I am regularly getting flash messages from your side which are chargable also. I had requested through customer care to stop these messages but to no avail as I have been charged multiple times. Please stop these messages or I shall have to discontinue using of this connection i. e. idea prepaid.
