[Resolved] Idea Cellular — idea mobile balance deduction | |
A sum of rs. 5 deducted from my idea mobile balance on 06.12.2017 at afternoon. My idea mobile number is [protected]. After the deduction, immediately i informed the matter to the idea customer care representative. But no satisfactory answer/reason given to me by the representative about this deduction.
