Idea Cellular — Idea network not working from past 10 Hours

Am using idea network from past 5 years, from yesterday there is no network, am unable to contact even customer care numer 198, no signals,
My address is @mittemari post, bagepalli taluk, chikkaballapura district, none of the idea network sims not working,

If idea network team working this area or not, please resolve the issue asap.
