[Resolved] Idea Cellular — idea not allowing to port

I am pawan kukreja my number in idea cellular is [protected].
At the time of purchasing no. They told me you are free to use services but now when i am trying to port my no. They are always telling me that no sir your bill is not paid or sir it would take a year to port etc etc
My bill has been always paid you can see it if you are able to.
I have tried so many times to port my no. But always i get no response
Pls sort out my problem
Pls get me port my no. To another company
