After which there is no call from the IDEA Team. However my IDEA network connection which used to be working well in my office is also NOT working now! The internet which used to work while travelling did not work since the last complaint. Is this a punishment or a revenge for raising a complaint?! If IDEA team does not have an idea on whats happening and does not have an idea to improve the network coverage, I would request please port my number back to Aircel. (from which IDEA Selling Team ported to IDEA with an assurance better network coverage!) NOTE: 1. The customer care email IDs given in your official websites are bouncing.
