Hi Team,
I was requested on 9th Jan 2016 for my SD(Security Deposit) need to be adjust in Bill cycle but my request was declined due to no deposit available. how come it is??

I try to reach all the medium to get help but received no help at all, this is quiet frustrating, please help me on this asap.

Due to above all i did not paid this month Idea Bill. Because I waited for bill adjustment.
