Idea Cellular — Idea Post Paid SIM Surrender : Concerns | |||
Dear Sir/Mam, I am not sure if this is the way it has to eb done to surrender Post paid SIMS. I have two connections(Rajasthan circle) and have moved to Noida 4 months back. Customer care is informing me that i need to surrender the SIM Card only in Rajasthan.This is a little baffling and annoying. Person cannot be asked to travel back to earlier circle just to surrender a SIM. Please consider these numbers for deactivation. Unnecessary payments are made every month.Solicit help to stop this nuisance.
