[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — Idea Postpaid Bill Issue

I’ve put the request for new plan for same no, it was market movement as per idea guy who sits in Talwade Campus of Capgemini (Manoj [protected]).

However I have excess amount last month in May -447.57 and after the market movement this amount is not yet adjusted and new bill has came up.

I am wondering how idea are so careless for just sending the new bill without checking the previous balance if the customer have.

For your reference Can you please check my old account[protected] and update the amount to new account[protected].
