[Resolved] Idea Cellular — idea postpaid sim activation issue | |||||
I've bought a new postpaid idea sim yesterday, there is no service on the sim. No chance of activation of sim so far. Their email id is not working and store operators are not picking up phone. This is how idea harasses its customers. The idea store operator told me that the service would be generated on the sim after a couple of hours. It's been 24 hours and yet there is no service.
