[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — idea prepaid - account barred

Hi, my idea prepaid number [protected] is barred without informing me.. I have balance in it.. But calls are not received and if i try to call someone, it is saying."your account is barred as there is no service".. What should i do to activate my sim for getting calls and making calls and messages.. I didnot used the sim for few days but i received messages for it.. I didnot used it for outgoing.. Dats it.. Please help me.. Its very urgent.. I want my sim to work.. What should i do..??
