My idea pre-paid no. is [protected].
The reception of idea service in our area is less to no good so I left it only for a month with no recharge and now it says that it's barred. I've been writing to customer care asking for their help but with no response from them. I would've appreciated if they could've just suggested anything to help me un-barr it ( if it's possible).
