[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — Idea Recharge not credited

Right after registering my complaint here, there was a call from the number [protected], stating his name is Vijay Singh from IDea Cellular. With each time he asked me to check my message box, he kept asking me to give the OTP number sent to my number. After 2 times of giving the OTP number with the pretext of 'crediting' my account, a final amount of 12, 085 Indian rupees was debited from my account.
He called me back and said he will credit the money and there was network issues. Which I vehemently denied.

I hope Idea network notices such 'false network complaints' and stops such malpractices.
If this is the case, I will have to port my connection to another network.
