I recharged rs. 53 (For additional internet benefits on my unlimited pack) on 24/10/2018 via sbi internet banking app called sbi anywhere personal. The app showed that the recharge was successful and the amount was debited from my account. However, the recharge benefits were not given to me. I called customer care on 198 and they said no recharge has been made and that if any amount has been wrongly debited it will be credited back to my account within 5 days. However i have not received money back till date (3rd november 2018, 20:08). I also submitted a complaint to sbi to which they have responded today that the transaction "has been successful and settled on 24/10/2018. For more details kindly contact your merchant."
