Idea Cellular — idea sim deactivated in germany

Hello,
My name is nikhil

I am currently in germany, came here in january 2020.
The last recharge i did was on february 2020.

Suddenly my idea sim stopped showing network here. It was never the case earlier.
Reaching out to customer care is not possible from here.

In "my idea" app, i could see that the expiry date is 12th april 2020.
Could you please check, how i can proceed further.

I am unable to reach out to customer care to explain my problem.

My SIM card number [protected] is been not reachable and showing emergency service since I recharged with the plan of three months. Kindly do something to start my sim card.

I have tried all setting but still problem persist please solve it i have done all setting procedure like manual network search, SIM card removal and again insert and so many but still problem persist please solve it asap
